The remarkable achievements from this project have now sparked an increase in our operational demands, with our Maintenance team seeking an additional experienced **Maintenance Administrator** to join the Terra Mining team.

**About The Position**

Working an 8&6 roster and reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will provide support to site management and delivery of information and data in a timely fashion.

Your day-to-day activities will include but not limited to:

- Providing full administrative support to the maintenance department
- Maintain fleet asset registers, including hired and company fleet
- Create and control Maintenance Department purchase orders through MEX
- Ensuring document control processes are adhered to and completed
- General data entry, maintaining fuel register and reconciliation, maintaining pre-start information including machine usage (hours / km) defects and machine critical history collection and management
- Time sheet data entry and preparation for Maintenance Department management approval and payroll lodgment
- Generation of monthly reports for the management team

**What You Will Bring**
- Previous experience in a **Maintenance Administration** role or significant experience in similar role
- Working knowledge of mining equipment is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of organisation chart
- High level of time management, organisational skills and flexibility to adapt to changing demands within the business
- Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate level of computer literacy, particularly with the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook and Teams)
- High level of experience with ERP systems, preferrable MEX
