Maintenance Administrator – Extension HillAbout UsTerra Mining are a dynamic leader in Western Australia's mining sector, which rapidly expanding its portfolio of projects across the region.2025 has been a big year TerrMiningas our Extension Hill project continues ramping up their operations in the Mid-West region of Western Australia.The remarkable achievements from this project have now sparked an increase in our operational demands, with our Maintenance team seeking an additional experienced Maintenance Administrator to join the Terra Mining team.What We OfferLong-term employment opportunities in a rapid growth company, where you are recognised for your safe mindset and the contributions you make to the success of the business.Immediate startPermanent full-time roleFamily friendly rosterCompany provided travel (ex Perth)A work environment where safety is always the number one priorityAbility to Salary Sacrifice into your SuperAll meals and accommodation providedEmployee Referral ProgramMental Health SupportAbout The PositionWorking an 8&6 roster and reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will provide support to site management and delivery of information and data in a timely fashion.Your day-to-day activities will include but not limited to:Providing full administrative support to the maintenance departmentMaintain fleet asset registers, including hired and company fleetCreate and control Maintenance Department purchase orders through MEXEnsuring document control processes are adhered to and completedGeneral data entry, maintaining fuel register and reconciliation, maintaining pre-start information including machine usage (hours / km) defects and machine critical history collection and managementTime sheet data entry and preparation for Maintenance Department management approval and payroll lodgmentGeneration of monthly reports for the management teamWhat You Will BringPrevious experience in a Maintenance Administration role or significant experience in similar roleWorking knowledge of mining operations andequipment is desirableExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with all levels of organisation chartHigh level of time management, organisational skills and flexibility to adapt to changing demands within the businessAbility to multi-task and handle conflicting prioritiesStrong attention to detailIntermediate level of computer literacy, particularly with the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook and Teams)High level of experience with ERP systems, preferrable MEXWe are selecting our team members right now, so don't let this be a missed opportunity to be part of Terra's success story.We look forward to hearing from you and how you can become a Terra team member.Terra Mining is an equal opportunity employer and strongly encourages suitably qualified women, Indigenous, and Torres Strait Islanders to apply.Terra Mining will not accept resumes from recruitment agencies.
