Prior Maintenance Administration Experience

Scotford Fennessy has partnered with a resource client who requires an immediately available Maintenance Administrator or a Site Administrator with great analytical skills to assist their team on an 8/6 & 4/3 roster.

**Duties**
- Administration duties.
- Scheduling of weekly maintenance work.
- Purchase Requisitions and mild accounting functions.
- Data Entry & Review.
- Chair draft schedule meetings.

**Skills and Experience**
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- IT/Computing/Tech Affinity that is willing to learn maintenance schedule.
- Demonstrated background in site administration or similar with the capability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- High level of computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel) and Pronto / SAP / Oracle.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced FIFO remote environment.

**Requirements**:

- Australian driver’s license (manual).
- National Police Clearance.
- Ability to pass a PEM | DAS.
