**What we have on offer**

Based in Parramatta, we are seeking an experienced Customer Solutions - Case Officer on a permanent basis, whose role is to ensure the appropriate administration of disputes and document custody is ensured whilst providing an exemplary level of customer service in line with Pepper guidelines.

**What we’re looking for in you**
- At least 2 years’ collections experience in a contact centre environment in the financial services industry.
- Ensure disputes are recorded as required by legislation and that the departments involved are kept up to date during the resolution process
- Ensure that potential risks are promptly reported to the appropriate authority
- Issue acknowledgements, completed requests, relevant notifications to appropriate departments
- Ensure all internal and external relationships are maintained at high standards whilst exhibiting a high level of customer service
