- Ensure appropriate solutions for delinquent customers/accounts.
- Provide timely and accurate responses according to service level agreements and regulation.
- Employ empathy in approach to meet objectives and manage relationships.
- Offer solution-based customer service adhering to NCCP and privacy laws.

- Good understanding of collections and contact centre systems/processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service ethic.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and be a problem solver.
- Ability to deliver high quality work while maintaining turnaround times.
