As our Customer Care Officer, your primary responsibilities will be helping the business resolve disputes or financial hardship assistance requests received through multiple channels. You would be working towards resolutions by providing options to customers, offering case-by-case solutions, and monitoring agreements for adherence.

Born in 2012 by our two founders, Complete Credit Solutions is an Australian-owned and operated business specialising in the acquisition and servicing of consumer debts, including credit cards, personal loans, and car finance.

Do you have?
- Experience working within the banking, collections and financial services industry
- Experience working with customers in Financial Hardship situations and/or in a Customer Care position
- Have an understanding of and provide appropriate outcomes that adhere to the NCCP and the Code of Banking Practice
- Excellent verbal and written communication with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate, make decisions and meet set deadlines
- Performance driven and accountable, with a strong customer focus
- Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
