The role Reporting to the Manager, Diversity and Inclusion within the People, Safety and Performance team you will be involved in the development of strategies and initiatives and the provision of advice and support in the area of diversity and inclusion.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills necessary to provide HR advice to stakeholders and produce quality outcomes including documents, guides and training
- Ability to complete work within agreed timeframes, manage competing priorities and ensure attention to detail.
- Consultation and collaboration skills both within and outside the work unit, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment to resolve complex and sensitive problems.
- Ability to source information, both internal and external, to guide the direction of diversity and inclusion.
