About You
**As the Project Officer - Inclusion and Diversity, you will**:

- Support the implementation of system-wide workplace cultural change programs including initiatives designed to build a workplace culture of inclusion, for all employees.
- You will develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to successfully implement a range of workforce strategies and initiatives to increase the opportunities, inclusion and support for existing and potential employees working across the department.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Undertake and participate in designated project and organisational change activities.
- Resolve problems and assist in the development and implementation of initiatives, policies, processes and systems for effective and efficient administration of departmental services.
- Assist in coordinating the development and implementation of plans, policies and procedures and in managing processes.
- Closely monitor timeframes and report any potential slippages.
- Provide clear and regular reporting on agreed key performance indicators to assist in monitoring and decision making.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
- Attend meetings with departmental officers to discuss, evaluate and revise plans, systems and procedures.
- Disseminate regular information to all departmental staff on significant departmental initiatives relating to the intent and purpose of the activities of the unit.
- Maintain sound knowledge of policies, processes and protocols relevant to the position.
