The Key Account Manager role will join the Neuroscience Team based in NSW to build and maintain strong professional relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
This is a field based role and will be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales and market share targets to satisfy our customers needs in a defined territory.
As a key team member of the Neuroscience Business Unit, you will
- Demonstrate clinical expertise in your specialty area with a strong understanding of the factors that impact, shape & influence the healthcare eco system
- Implement and facilitate tailored, valuable, on-label, in-field clinical dialogue for key clinical personnel that optimizes patient outcomes
- Implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives to achieve optimal sales performanc for your territory
- Deliver value for Health Care Professionals using the latest and most validated selling and key account management principles
You will bring to the role
- 3 years of experience and demonstrated success in a specialty area
- Strong capability in account management, superior selling competencies and proven sales performance in a specialist/hosptial or other complex environment
- Tertiary qualification in science, nursing or similar discipline
