**Key Account Manager - Your future position?**
As a Key Account Manager based either in Sydney or Melbourne, you will build and maintain current business and develop new business and external clients relations by securing briefs and/or identifying and responding to opportunities. Build and maintain excellent internal client relationships in all key areas (Purchasing, Marketing and Technical) and at all levels within the organization.

This role will report to the Sales Manager. In this exciting role you will:
Drive Results
- Deliver sales performance and achieving sales targets
- Working against the annual budget planned to achieve new wins
- New products introduction
- Prepare monthly sales forecast with the planning team
- Monthly reporting and presenting of new wins
- Manage and develop initiatives designed to win and retain new key accounts
- Manage the key customer accounts as allocated and defined in the Key Account List

Customer Experience
- Secure project briefs by fostering strong customer relationships by understanding customer’s business and marketing strategies
- Undertake regular customer visits to service customer needs and promptly deal with issues and/or com-plaints.
- Understand external customer business strategy (E.G: studying customer annual report)

Account Management
- Maintain Project briefs in Atlas
- Proactive presentations for potential customers
- Monthly reporting and presenting of new wins
- Monthly reporting and presenting of new wins
- Regular Data maintenance
- Follow up on the customer payments
- Monitor competitive movements and marketplace dynamics ensuring information is communicated with key internal stakeholders

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Bachelor degree in sales, marketing, business or any relevant area
- At least 5 years’ successful sales experience in functional food ingredients, flavours, food or related industry
- Excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Previous project management experience
