About the Role
As the Key Account Manager (Anker), you will be responsible for assisting the PCT Leader & Sales leader in managing daily operations of our Tier 1 retailer accounts & managing strategic distributor engagement. You will be a key member within the sales team assigned with strategically growing the overall category in market & Anker's market share within key assigned retailer accounts.
This is a fast paced role where you are tasked with managing multiple retailer accounts, overall brand strategy & product categories across different buyerships within each retailer. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure key relationships are maintained & built on behalf of Anker Innovations including with buyers, category planners, marchadising team & senior leadership. You will be the face of our brand & ensure relationships across all verticals within the assigned accounts is a leading example within the industry.
- Complete accoutability of product pitches, launches & implemeting Go To Market campaigns.
- Promotional planning across all categories of Anker's portoflio of brands within assigned.
- Revenue, profitability & growth accoutanbilty within all assigned accounts & brand categories.
- Resposible for achievement of other channel, business & internal KPIs.
- Manage product lifecycle including effective stock management, forecasting, mitigating over stocks & driving low performing SKUs.
- Negotiate BTL activities & ensure Anker receives best in class channel activitiy placement against competitors
- Budget management of BTL channel investment, scans & rebates within assigned retailer accounts.
- Stategic account planning, business reviews (QBRs) and reporting.
- Position and articulate customer strategies to HQ/local stakeholders ensuring necessary resources and strategies are supported with for your assigned channels.
- Timely reporting back to the business on all account activities & projects.
- End to end ownership across all internal verticals within your assigned accounts.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Sales Manager role with exposure to major retailer account & distributiors in the consumer electronics sector.
- Passion for technology and delivering innovative solutions to customers.
- Analytical ability with the capability of digesting & creating actions from various reporting data sources.
- A strong grasp of the consumer electronics industry & how retailers work
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and other KPI targets.
- Strong collaboration skills with a wider team and stakeholders.
