**The Opportunity**
We’ve got a rare chance for an experienced and highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our Animal Management team. Acting as the communication link between some of our largest customers and our internal teams, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, understanding their needs, and implementing strategies to maximize their satisfaction and increase our market share. You’ll work hard to develop trusted relationships with your assigned key account portfolio to ensure no competitor leakage, as well as creating new relationships with potential clients and influencers. You’ll also:
- Acquire comprehensive understanding of key customer needs and requirements - including building multi-level/disciplinary relationships within key accounts.
- Expand the relationships with key account portfolio by continuously proposing & building solutions to meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to key account portfolio in a timely manner.
- Ensure complete resolution of any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Play an integral part in generating sales growth building sustainable long-term relationships.
- Prepare monthly reports of progress and quarterly forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
**The Fit**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
- Key Account Management experience ideally gained within the Agricultural or AgriTech industries.
- Experience in sales and the ability to provide creative solutions based on customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building sustainable and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
