**The opportunity**

This is a fantastic opportunity and a newly created role as a Change Lead. Due to change and growth in the team and the business, you will be involved in the implementation and embedding of change across the organisation. This is an exciting time to join a transforming industry as you will have access to many new projects and be a key decision maker whilst implementing change across all business units.
- Accountable for end-to-end change management strategy, planning and delivery across multiple complex business initiatives and projects.
- Stakeholder engagement and partnering across UniSuper to enable change and drive implementation
- Trusted advisory and change management coaching and support services
- Professional and repeatable change support, using standardised UniSuper Change Frameworks and toolkits
- Drive organisational change adoption through structured change management activities for projects

**About you**

As a Change Lead, we are looking for someone who will be working hand in glove with Sponsors, Execs/Leaders, Project Managers, to drive a collaborative approach and have a strong influence on business decisions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and confidence to communicate across multiple business units
- Experience with building out commercial frameworks such as organisational charts, structure change, business and process transformation
- Previously worked on complex projects and the ability to own the end to end process around change management
- Ability to communicate to Executives and build on existing relations but internally and externally
