**Purpose of the Role**
In this 12-month day rate contract, you will join a highly capable and engaged team responsible for the delivery of a Cyber Security technology program. You will be supporting the Program Lead and be responsible for managing change on key projects, ensuring changes are effectively and sustainably delivered, minimising risks, and enabling the organisation to realise their benefits faster.
- Assess change impacts and prepare and execute change, communication and engagement plans
- Create and monitor change measurement and readiness activities.
- Continually assessing risk and resistance and working with stakeholders to manage and mitigate.
- Ensure initiatives and projects have considered enterprise-wide impacts and are in alignment with EA’s strategy and culture.

**How you can support the energy transition**
To be successful in this role, you will have experience leading the end-to-end delivery of change initiatives particularly with an IT project in a large complex organisation. You will have an awareness of ADKAR principles and the use of formal change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.

What you will bring to the role:

- Exceptional stakeholder management and engagement skills with the ability to influence and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders to support and deliver desired outcomes.
- Strong analytical ability including being able to challenge and understand the underlying business rationale.
- Possess an agile mindset, demonstrating agility in thinking and a learning approach that is open to, and learns from experiments and new approaches.
- Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to meet strict deadlines and budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a small team and across a large organisational structure.
- 6+ years experience in a change management role.
- Relevant change management qualification/accreditation (eg Prosci, APMG).
