**The Opportunity**
**Change Lead - ERP Transformation**

Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization undergoing an exciting ERP transformation project. They are focused on delivering a successful transition to a TechOne that will enhance operational efficiency, improve business processes, and ultimately support our organization's long-term goals. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Change Lead to oversee and manage the people side of the ERP transformation.
**Position Overview**
As the Change Lead for this **ERP transformation project**, you will play a pivotal role in driving the change management strategy, ensuring smooth adoption of the new ERP system, and supporting employees throughout the transition. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as deep expertise in change management principles, particularly in relation to technology and system implementations.
**Key Responsibilities**:**
- **Change Management Strategy & Planning**:
- Develop and implement the change management strategy for the ERP transformation, aligning with the overall project goals.
- Lead the development of detailed change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training strategies, and resistance management strategies.
- Establish clear change metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives. Ensure the strategy integrates well with the overall project timelines and deliverables.- **Stakeholder Management**:
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across different business functions, understanding their needs, concerns, and readiness for change.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, department heads, and end users to promote buy-in and manage expectations. Act as a liaison between the project team and business units to ensure all parties are informed, involved, and supportive of the ERP transformation.- **Communication & Engagement**:
- Design and implement communication strategies to inform and engage employees at all levels of the organization about the changes being introduced by the ERP system.
- Develop key messaging, presentations, newsletters, and other communication materials to promote the benefits and progress of the transformation. Lead regular updates and workshops for stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment and addressing concerns as they arise.- **Training and Support**:
- Work closely with the training team to ensure that training programs are developed and rolled out for all users in a timely manner.
- Oversee the creation of training materials and user guides to help employees effectively navigate the new ERP system. Support employees through the learning process by organizing Q&A sessions, user feedback forums, and one-on-one support as needed.- **Change Readiness and Resistance Management**:
- Assess the organization’s readiness for change by gathering feedback, conducting surveys, and analyzing employee sentiments.
- Identify potential resistance points and proactively address them by working with department leaders to manage concerns and support adoption. Facilitate workshops and forums to address and resolve resistance in a constructive manner.- **Monitoring & Reporting**:
- Regularly track and report on the progress of the change initiatives, adjusting plans and tactics as necessary
