**About the Role**:
Our client is a leading University excelling in education, research and innovation.

They are seeking a **Change Lead** to work within a Center of Excellence responsible for business transformation and the management of data, to drive improved operational efficiency, effectiveness, and experiences across the University.

You'll have experience in managing business change associated with introducing new processes and systems as projects may include digital, SaaS implementations, or student system transformations.

**Skills you'll need for success**:

- ** Change management**
- Prepare impact analysis and evaluation of the impact of changes, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics, and identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.
- Work collaboratively with various initiative leads to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Continuously monitor change readiness across the project portfolio and develop relevant interventions.
- **Communication**:

- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications relevant to change initiatives.
- Planning, key messages, development, delivery, reviews and editing.
- **Service management** - Undertake initial scoping and sizing, assign work, manage assignment, close, and evaluate change activities.
- ** Change and communications governance** - Provide input to reporting and performance measures, record relevant data, identify, and address risks and issues
- ** Practice improvement** - Contribute to, identify, and implement improvements to ensure the change management and communication framework and toolkit is fit for purpose

**Work From Home Policy**:

- 2-3 days per week on site.
