**What this opportunity involves**:
This is a fantastic Facilities Coordinator/Reception role based onsite with one of our big clients. The position will assist the Assistant Facilities Manager/Senior Facilities Manager with operational activities, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services while also managing the reception desk in a customer service role.

**Key duties and responsibilities include**:
Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on-site client’s expectations are met
Provide superior customer service to meet client and visitor’s expectations.
Ensure prompt attention to all phone queries so they are directed to the correct client staff/ team.
Assist with set up of functions onsite.
Ensure rooms are stocked with appropriate supplies, as required
Conduct site inspections on a regular basis including CCTV system checks.
Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget.
Process Work Orders, Purchase Orders and invoices

What we are looking for?
To succeed in this role, you must be a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of delivering quality to clients and/or high quality customer service. You will possess a can do attitude and able to maintain relationships with others.
Prior experience or qualification in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field preferred
Strong attention to detail
Excellent Customer Service skills
