Services offered by MFM range from management of essential services, planned maintenance, corrective maintenance, minor works, mechanical and electrical, test and inspection services, Concierge and general building maintenance.

About the role

Melbourne Facilities Management are seeking an enthusiastic individual looking to join our team in the position of Concierge/Reception. This position will provide front facing customer service and support to tenants, residents and visitors including support to the Service Desk team and wider department across MFM sites as required.

Skills and experience
- Highly developed interpersonal skills; including an exceptional client focus and capacity to manage relationships with tact and diplomacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Outstanding organisational skills; including the ability to work accurately, with a high attention to detail.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A high degree of flexibility and willingness to learn and grow.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
