$70,000-$75,000+ Super - Based anywhere you like - International Law Firm **About Them**: This international powerhouse law firm who are a highly renowned practice known for their high-quality work across the finance/ insurance sector are now on the lookout for an extra pair of hands in their billing team. This firm are a dynamic forward-thinking firm and SUPERSTAR Billing Assistant is needed to hit the ground running. **The Role**: This role can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane however will always report to the Brisbane team working alongside the finance team in Sydney also. Your day to day should look like the following - Run pre-bills to sense check client and matter type details from matter opening process - Notify billing lawyers the Billing Team will prepare draft bills on these matters unless they don’t want that to happen and what’s the reason why - Gather WIP for pre-bills - Check rates are correct consistent with client agreements - Conduct compliance checks using client SLAs - Clean up narrations particularly for compliance with eBilling systems - Save pre-bills in Filesite - Add disbursements to final bill - Release, post, prepare posted bill including uploading e-bills to eBilling systems - Manage reversals **Skills & Requirements**: - At least 2-4 years’ experience in a billing clerk/ assistant role - Experience in a law firm is desirable however not essential A strong "Can do" attitude - Proficient across Microsoft Office - Aderant Expert and eBilling experience (preferred but not essential) - Analytical and detail oriented - Sound MS Excel skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong service orientation - Ability to work independently, take initiative, multi-task and set priorities. - Ability to establish and maintain productive and respectful working relationships **What's in it for you?** - Strong permanent opportunity - 40% of your working week WFH - Competitive salary - Career progression opportunities in the team - Great well being & social incentives Good luck and look forward to hearing from you 3391795
