**About the role**

Our client is looking for a passionate Billings Officer to report directly to the Partners' of the organisation, to join their growing employee workforce on a permanent basis. The opportunity is based in Brisbane's CBD.

The purpose of the role is to efficiently manage the billing cycle for the Partners, provide secretary support to the team and ensure all details are accurately provided to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Partners, you will be responsible for working within a high-volume and fast-paced division.

Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to
- Provide accurate billing administration support through; reviewing and editing bills, ensuring engagement letters are in accurate in accordance to client requirements and providing billing information;
- Monitor and resolve any billing related issues and that they are in accordance to relevant billing procedures;
- Provide assistance and guidance to relevant team members in the organisation;
- Provide secretarial duties and support to the Partners by; resolving queries, preparing internal and external correspondence and diary management.

**Skills Required**:

- High attention to detail in all aspects of your work, with a great numerate & analytical understanding;
- Great interpersonal skills and an ability to efficiently communicate with everyone in the organisation;
- Previous experience in a law firm or a professional services environment is desired but not essential;
- Effective ability to manage your workload and meet all deadlines.
