Due to recent company growth, this leading Healthcare provider is seeking a Billings Officer to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. Reporting to the Finance Manager working in a small & collaborative team, the Billings Officer will be required to assist with the day to day workload as needed.
Your key responsibilities will include;
- Billing and direct debits for all clients across all sites
- Liaise with various stakeholders including patients, Hospitals, Medicare, Health Funds, etc
- Reconciliation of all debtor accounts
- Debt collection
- Process refund requests, credit & debit notes and missed payments
- End of month Accruals and Journals
- Other adhoc duties relating to billings
To be successful for this role you will have billings experience in the Healthcare sector with working knowledge of Medicare claims. You will have excellent communication skills, an upbeat, outgoing personality and lead by example.
You will be rewarded with a close knit collaborative team.
