Role Description

This is a full-time Accounts Receivable Officer role located
on-site
in Brisbane City, QLD. The Accounts Receivable Officer is responsible for end-to-end administration between health funds, patients and our doctor clients. This role requires an individual who is well organised, with sound communication skills, and comfortable working in a detail-oriented role. Other tasks include providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records to ensure a high quality client experience.

Your Ideal Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated accounts receivable experience, preferably in a high volume multi-client environment
  • Knowledge across all aspects of AR including soft debt-collection based skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to confidently make outbound phone calls
  • Strong computer literacy with an ability to navigate CRM software
  • A growth-mindset with an ability to self-motivate and work collaboratively
  • An ability to prioritise workflows to ensure deadlines are met
  • HIghly Regarded:
     experience in the healthcare or medical billing industry
