**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role as an International Students Recruitment Officer at Clinton Institute in Hobart, Tasmania. The role is responsible for developing the marketing agenda, student recruitment strategy, Student on-campus inquiries support, and activities to promote Clinton's learning programs for international students while ensuring alignment with the institute's key objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring all relevant compliance requirements are followed and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

**Key elements for the position**:
**We are seeking an experienced marketing/recruitment officer whose areas of responsibility will be to**:

- Identify and explore new opportunities in onshore and offshore international student markets
- Develop new strategies to achieve key performance targets
- Build and further develop relationships with new and existing business partners
- Social media maintenance
- Campus student inquiries support, and provide timely communication within the organisation.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Possess qualifications in marketing or relevant work experience in the education industry
- Demonstrated experience in student recruitment
- Proven ability to build rapport with prospective agents and students
- Possess a professional level of written and verbal English skills

**Desired Criteria**:

- Experience in utilising Microsoft office suite and other relevant software
- Experience in liaising with industry/education agents
- Possess a working knowledge of social media - Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram etc
- knowledge in the Education industry compliance or team management.

Pay: $49,239.62 - $72,698.78 per year
