**Front Desk/Student Support Officer**

Brighton College Australia is a leading CRICOS provider offering a range of courses to international students. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Front Desk/Student Support Officer. This role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and assisting with student support at one of our four campuses across Australia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the first point of contact, providing a friendly and professional experience for students and visitors
- Assist students with inquiries related to courses, enrollment, and general support services
- Maintain accurate student records and assist with administrative tasks, including enrollments and withdrawals
- Schedule appointments and liaise with different departments as needed
- Provide administrative support and ensure the smooth functioning of student services
- Utilise Student Management and Learning Management Systems efficiently

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Customer Service Superstar** - Previous experience in a student support or front desk role, ideally within a CRICOS-registered RTO
- **Organised & Detail-Oriented** - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- **Great Communication Skills** - Confident in engaging with international students from diverse backgrounds
- **Tech-Savvy** - Comfortable using Student Management Systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- **Team Player & Self-Starter** - Someone who can work independently but also thrives in a collaborative team
- **Fluent in a Second Language?** - Not required, but highly regarded
- **Full Australian Work Rights** - Essential for this role

Pay: From $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
