Navitas Professional Institute is Australia's leading independent provider of tertiary education in Psychology, Counselling, Coaching, Social Work, and Criminology. NPI also delivers the Professional Year Program, through Navitas Professional Training for graduates in Accounting, IT and Engineering, most of whom are international graduates.

We are seeking a Student Engagement Adviser; the primary contact point for students providing advice and support throughout their learning journey.

This role is part of a team that takes an integrated approach to support student engagement and success. SEA is responsible for coordinating the management of all Navitas Professional Training (NPT) cohorts and individual students, delivering professional advice and services, and engaging with specialist and academic colleagues to ensure students can successfully progress in their studies.

This includes reporting to professional bodies and management, trainer liaison, ensuring compliance with existing policies and procedures, managing accounts and finance activities, coordination of graduation ceremonies and planning/managing student events, document preparation and record-keeping, as well as providing general support to all teams and management across the Navitas Professional Institute (NPI) division.

**You will ideally demonstrate;**- A customer focussed approach
- Experience in customer &/or student services with solid administrative skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy, including advanced competencies in using Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets, and student records software and the ability to learn new systems.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritise, and a willingness to be flexible in undertaking administrative duties.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all administrative activities.
- Ability to work as part of a team and in a way that is flexible and adaptable
- Self-directed with an ability to identify, secure and nurture opportunities and relationships.
