**What we’re looking for?**

This is a permanent role, based at our Kingston Centre in Cheltenham but you'll also travel to other Monash Health sites to support your stakeholders. While we’re happy to consider a minimum of four days per week, our preference is to appoint this role on a full time basis.

**What can you bring us?**
- Some exposure to or experience in recruitment
- Demonstrated passion for engaging with your stakeholders to really understand their needs
- Clear thinking, ability to work calmly and professionally while with a sense of urgency
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to quickly build rapport with a wide range of people
- Flexibility and proven ability to prioritise and re-prioritise as things change in your work day
- A sense of humour and an ability to laugh at yourself

This is a great first step into recruitment for someone who may have supported a recruitment team and may now be looking for their first end-to-end recruitment opportunity. Recruitment experience in healthcare is useful but not mandatory. More important is your passion for recruitment, your positive attitude and sustained energy for working with people.

**About Us**

Monash Health is the largest, most comprehensive health service in Victoria and has grown by 70% from 15,000 to 25,500 people since 2016. We continue to grow to support our community’s healthcare needs and we have a number of expansion projects underway at varying stages of planning and delivery through until 2027. As the state’s first public health service to establish an in-house team supporting recruitment to our permanent workforce, our recruitment team has grown from two to 14 in the last six years in recognition of the organisation’s growth.
