**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful **Bilingual Business Support Specialist** to join our team. This unique role combines business support, personal assistant responsibilities, and interpreter services to ensure seamless communication, efficient operations, and effective executive support.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Interpreter Functions**(Chinese to English & English to Chinese)
- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, phone calls, and events.
- Translate documents, presentations, and communications required by different business units with precision and cultural sensitivity.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between bilingual stakeholders.

**Business Support**
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Coordinate and organize events, conferences, and business trips.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
- Support project management activities, including tracking deliverables and timelines.

**Personal Assistant Functions**
- Occasionally provide personal assistance to the executive with errands, appointments, and ad-hoc tasks; and arrange travel itineraries and logistics from time to time.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English and Chinese(Mandarin), both written and spoken, ideally hold a certification in translation or interpretation.
- Proven experience in a similar role combining linguistic functions, administration, and PA.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suites.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing priorities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with Automotive Industry terminology.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
