Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of Specialist Rooms
- Onboarding of Specialists
- Management of Specialist Schedules
- Responsible for contacting and verifying patient bookings, following up on patient no-shows, and rebooking these patients.
- Daily Check with WiSE ED Dr Scheduler
- Daily/ Weekly billing checks
- Invoicing for Doctors
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Previous administrative experience required, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively under pressure.
