About the role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Marketing Team. Reporting to the National Marketing Communications Manager this role focuses on delivering our marketing communications strategy, responsible for executing campaigns, driving brand awareness, and accelerating demand generation in your product portfolio.

**Requirements**:

- Develop and coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns across channels
- Brief and liaise with internal stakeholders on marketing plans and communications
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to optimise and enhance performance of campaigns
- Drive a customer-focussed insight-led approach to brand and lead generation
- Develop and coordinate events, both online and in-person, to achieve KPIs
- Monitor and report on success of marketing initiatives in your portfolio

Who are we looking for?
- Tertiary qualification - bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Good commercial acumen and business understanding
- Ability to take ownership and accountability for your work
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Experience in stakeholder management and building cross-functional relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Results driven, motivated self-starter,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
