**About the Role**

You will be able to learn all aspects of Property Management as a Property Officer from a collaborative and enthusiastic team and assist and learn from a Senior Portfolio Manager. Alternatively, as a Portfolio Manager, you will manage about 240 own portfolios, providing comprehensive and quality services to PIA's customers with the support of our performing leasing team and streamlined Administration and Accounting teams.

**Working Location**

You will be working in PIA's HQ office at Sydney Olympic Park or in the Satellite office at Mascot.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Communication & relationships management of tenants and landlords
- Ingoings, outgoings and routine inspections
- Repairs and maintenance coordination
- Rental collection and rent review
- Arrears management

**About You**
- Assist Agent or Real Estate Licence
- Current NSW Full Drive Licence
- People person, customer service mindset
- Well presented with a positive can-do attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (English and Chinese) skills - business level
