Working within a busy team of Remote Technology and Software Support Specialists that are passionate, skilled and experienced people who are focussed on successful customer interactions. **Requirements**:
Key Requirements
To be qualified for this position, your background and skills will demonstrate the ability to undertake the following:

- Liaising with customer IT regarding installation of remote monitoring tools
- Install and support various remote monitoring tools in an ERP environment
- Utilise remote conferencing software to facilitate customer installation (TeamViewer)
- Resolve reported technical problems, utilising all available tools, within agreed time frames
- Escalating unresolved technical problems
- Documenting reported problems and resolutions on our internal systems
- Providing excellent customer service to external and internal customers
- Monitoring global escalations and identify problems that could impact the local operation
- Creating and distribute technical support documentation
- Assisting with technical product evaluation and launch activities
- Assisting other departments with technical questions, e.g. tenders etc
- Resolve all connectivity related issues for Konica Minolta devices

Knowledge & Experience & Requirements
- Educational Qualification - bachelor’s degree/relevant fields such as Computer Science, IT or (Equivalent) or currently working toward completing relevant degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A Collaborative mindset.
- A Self-motivated approach with accountability and a focus on driving results.
- Willingness to challenge the norm to deliver best in class customer service.
- Demonstrated commitment to best practice and process improvement.
- Experience using MS Office 365.
- Experience using SAP (or other ERP systems) an advantage.
- Understanding of different network communication protocols (e.g HTTP, SNMP, TCP/IP etc.)
- Knowledge of Windows Server environments (AD/DNS/DHCP/ etc.)
- Experience (which could be via an internship) working in an IT services or support role
