**About the Role**

A unique opportunity has become available at Head Office, Melrose Park. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the National Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing all facilities issues for Workskil Australia, property leasing, ensuring the 49 full-time sites are fit for purpose and appropriately maintained to support professional service delivery, and managing the motor vehicle fleet. The role will have significant responsibility to help the organisation measure and improve environmental sustainability practices for the organisation.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous experience managing a Facilities function or specific aspects of the above remit;
- Tertiary qualifications in law, management, project management, or significant equivalent experience;
- Ability to write business documents including both internal and external reports;
- Ability to undertake complex and high cost procurements;
- High level interpersonal and communication skills;
- Experience in Microsoft Office products to a moderate or high level, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Proven ability to understand, negotiate and review complex contractual arrangements; and
- Demonstrated understanding of quality management systems.
