**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced manager to join our facility and maintenance team to perform a range of tasks including:

- Managing and leading Aegros' facility and maintenance team including fitters and cleaners.
- Monitoring, maintaining, modifying and repairing all Process Plant and Equipment.
- Managing Plant Services and Utilities.
- Controlling air handling and HVAC.
- Sundry Fabrication and Tooling.
- Routinely calibrating equipment.
- Establishing, monitoring, maintaining, modifying, and repairing fire systems and equipment.
- Co-ordinating external contractors.
- Maintaining and updating the Plant Master File and the Air Quality Manual.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry meeting TGA and GMP standards and Guidelines.
- Previous experience leading a team that achieves business customer service delivery goals.
- Have excellent knowledge of - Australian Code of Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) - Applicable Standard Operating Procedures - Safety and Security procedures
