**Project Administrator**

UGL Fuels & Energy are seeking applicants from experienced Project Administrators for a casual position based on our Kwinana site. As part of our Fuels & Energy portfolio, this position will be working on a secured contract with a major oil and gas distributor which UGL have held for the past 6 years’. UGL have recently been awarded a renewed contract with our client for an additional 3-year term.

**About the role**

The Project Administrator ensures the efficient day-to-day operation of the site office as well as supporting the overall contract team. This is a casual position based on-site, working 6 - 8hrs per day.

**About you**

To be considered for the role the following qualifications will be highly regarded:

- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level
- Previous exposure to SAP
- Previous exposure to TWIS time writing tool would be highly regarded
- Demonstrated previous experienced in a site or project administration role in the resources or construction industry
