SRG Global is currently looking for First Class Sheet Metal Workers to work a 5-day local Shutdown in Kwinana. This casual role will see you engaged on periodic campaign maintenance, grouped/batched maintenance programs, as well as completing both preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance. This role provides daily maintenance and service of Fixed Plant Equipment.

Shutdown Dates:

- Main shutdown – Commences on the 10 th November till 14 th November

Flexibility:

- Casual Flat Rate.
- 12 Hour Days Night Shift/Day Shift.

The Opportunity:

- Fabrication and installation of sheet metal components and insulation lagging
- Maintenance and repair of ductwork, cladding, lagging, and associated sheet metal systems
- Shutdown work on fixed plant assets including tanks, piping, hoppers, chutes, and structural enclosures
- Removal and replacement of worn or damaged sheet metal and insulation materials
- Working at heights and in confined spaces to perform cladding and lagging tasks
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, insulation specs, and fabrication plans
- Assisting other trades (e.g. mechanical or rigging) where applicable and within trade capability
- Ensuring all work is completed to safety, quality, and schedule requirements

What You Need:

- Working at Heights & Confined Space (Within 2 years).
- Pass a pre-employment medical.
- Hold a current driver’s license.
