**About the Role**

Downer’s Industrial & Energy business is currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated **experienced **Administrator on a full-time permanent basis **, based in our **Kwinana office **. This role will be reporting to the Administration Manager and providing general administrative duties. You will be an integral member of the operational team to support our multi-disciplined workforce and project managers work on various projects across Western Australia.

**About You**
- Create new jobs and budgets in JDE and close out once complete and reconciled;
- Ensure that all payroll data and project costs are allocated to the correct cost codes as per budgets;
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly client uploads and transactional and progress claim invoicing and submission for all contracts;
- Be familiar with client contractual requirements pertaining to payments and track client invoice approvals and assist with aged debt resolution;
- Assist the Project Manager with data for project cost reports and the review of project forecasts in line with specific project requirements;
- Collation of vendor invoices from Kofax for approval and;
- Goods receipting of approved supplier/subcontractor invoices in JDE.
