We are currently looking for experienced Project Administrator to join our team at CCL Kwinana Upgrade Project.

Within this fast-paced project, the ability to deliver a variety of tasks whilst learning new skills will see you succeed in project construction

Your responsibilities **may** include:

- Undertaking timekeeping checks and assisting with timesheet submission.
- Assisting with Human Resources documentation.
- Assisting with credit card expenses and reimbursements.
- Maintaining an onsite roster.
- Maintaining Stationery.
- Document control - client transmittals.
- Providing support to Commercial / Quantity Surveying with data entry as required.
- Supporting the project with any adhoc administration requirements. (This is where flexibility and efficiency is crucial).
- Raising Supply Requisitions and Purchase Orders.
- Supporting Health & Safety team with ad hoc administration as required.
- Supporting Senior Administrator as required.

Key Details:

- Excellent Competitive Salary.
