**The Position**:
The Transport Coordinator provides support to transport/intermodal operations by coordinating activities between internal departments, the customer, external carriers, and/or other Business units.

**Job Location**: Sydney or Melbourne, Australia
- Coordination of Sea Freight (FCL) import and export deliveries.
- Coordination of Carrier payments and delivery order release.
- Manage cartage providers on a day-to-day basis to adhere to agreed KPIs.
- Main focus on liaising with Customers on agreed delivery requirements.
- Monitoring and actioning Customs, AQIS, DAFF holds and booking inspections.
- Effective and efficient use of our internal fleet and external service providers
- Reduction of client transport liabilities.
- Meeting the commercial needs of the organization and contributing to one of its main revenue streams.
- Data analysis.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience as transport coordinator in cartage/landside operations (FCL trucking).
- Strong understanding of the current road logistics market in Australia.
- Tech savvy mindset to optimize our new ways of working and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to hit the ground running.
