Are you ready to elevate your career in a vibrant and supportive environment? We are seeking a passionate and positive individual to join our Transport Division at our Wetherill Park Office in Sydney.

**About Us**: Don Watson Transport is a proud family-owned and operated leader in Australia’s refrigerated logistics industry. We offer a diverse range of transport and refrigerated storage solutions, and we’re committed to nurturing a workplace that feels like home.

**Position Details**: This is a permanent full-time role, working Monday to Friday and every 4th Saturday.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating and optimising local deliveries into efficient runs.
- Allocate drivers and equipment to ensure timely completion of all pickups and deliveries.
- Ensuring customer key performance indicators are met and reported on.
- Ensuring time management, temperature checking, and all procedural requirements are met.
- Ensuring all pickup & deliveries are met and reported on regarding times, temperature and pallets to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure all paperwork for deliveries is completed in entirety and accurately.
- Liaising with drivers & regarding runs and logístical adjustments due to delays or complications
- Communicating respectfully and professionally with customers and drivers while maintaining high standards of service.
- Reporting to and working with the Senior Allocator to achieve a high quality and reliable transport delivery service.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the transport industry
- Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (Truckmate experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of the Sydney Metropolitan area is highly regarded.
- Ability to work within both a team environment and independently under mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities are a must.
- Eagerness to learn new skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Confidence in face-to-face interactions
- A self-motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
