**About the role**:
This is a new position, a chance to grow the role to make it your own while also having the support both locally and nationally. You will be responsible for all the day-to-day Administration & Coordination associated with all Interstate Transport movements around Australia.

Key responsibilities include transport coordination with suppliers, monitoring incoming and outbound shipping containers, forecasting and scheduling transport movements, dispatch and arrival date notifications, processing of purchase orders, general data entry and maintenance of ERP.

**About You**:
To be successful in this position you will have:

- Previous experience within the transport and logistics industry - minimum 3 years
- Demonstrated knowledge across the Microsoft platform.
- Collaborative with a customer centric ethos
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Baseplan or similar)
- Able to effectively manage conflicting priorities
- High attention to detail
- A can-do attitude
