Night Transport Operations Coordinator

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dedicated and proactive Night Transport Operations Coordinator to join our Kemps Creek team and keep things moving while the city sleeps.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee nightly transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient dispatch and delivery
  • Coordinate drivers, vehicles, and freight schedules to meet service commitments
  • Monitor live tracking systems and respond to any delays or disruptions
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Unload/Reload inbound linehaul vehicles.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in transport/logistics operations (night shift preferred)
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with transport management systems (TMS) and GPS tracking tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
  • Forklift Licence

Shift Details:

  • Night shift: Monday to Friday. 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
