In this role, you'll:

Work in the Apprentice Unit within our Workforce Capability and Learning branch at Sydney Trains with a focus on ensuring the apprentices receive the best experience at Sydney Trains.

This role will see you support the development of training plans to ensure identified learning needs are met. You'll be responsible for monitoring apprenticeship programs to ensure that apprentices stay on track to gain the technical competencies required to undertake their work in a skilled, safe and effective manner.

You will also coordinate training facilities and manage training materials to ensure resources are used efficiently. Additionally, you'll contribute to both routine and ad-hoc reporting to help inform management decisions around planning and resource allocation.

About you

Your extensive experience in coordinating apprenticeship programs or strong project coordination experience will be key to your success.  You're passionate about developing people, enjoy working with diverse stakeholders, and are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.

You're someone who is recognised for your strong prioritisation, coordination, and time management skills. You use your initiative to implement practical solutions in challenging situations and thrive in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving and customer focus are key.
