Excellent EDI Analyst opportunity in a newly formed team with a growing FMCG organisation

**Your new company**
A leader in the plant-based milk industry, this FMCG organisation works to support local Aussie farmers and manufacture their products in regional Victoria. They care about making a difference to the world through their products and are looking for an EDI analyst to join their newly built IT team.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the IT Manager, you will deliver accurate, timely administration of pricing and rebate related data and information for key stakeholders and customers. The role is integral in adding value through improved accuracy and governance or pricing and trade spend.

You will be:

- Responsible for the EDI business process design, work with SMEs to clarify business requirements and processes.
- Work with customers/suppliers and internal stakeholders to understand the scope of the EDI implementations
- Work closely with the IT department on EDI design and implementation to ensure business requirements are being met and communicated to the business
- Orchestrate EDI integration testing requirements
- Assist in development of instruction and training documentation for users
- Identify ED Master Data and Pricing setup requirements and coordinate / assist with setup/cleanup activities as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1) or experience & adaptability with other ERP systems
- Experience implementing EDI with Customers and Suppliers
- Exposure to Value Added Network (VAN) platforms
- Strong understanding of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes
- A sound understanding of basic accounting principles and GST
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to add value to projects
- Excellent analytical and lateral thinking skills
- Experience working in a FMCG environment, preferred
