About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and collaborative professional to join our team, responsible for supporting and enhancing our business systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring system reliability, delivering projects, and translating business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Resolve incidents and service requests raised by system users, ensuring timely and effective support.
- Participate in solution design and delivery of projects, including system configuration and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for workflows, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (WRICEFs).
- Manage data collection, mapping, conversion, and migration activities, while analysing financial data to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate across SAP, development, engineering, and business teams to ensure customer requirements and business impacts are considered.
- Conduct system troubleshooting, testing (unit, integration, regression), and facilitate User Acceptance and Pre-Production Testing.
- Ensure compliance with all organisational policies and procedures, including project management, risk management, and security standards.

About You
You are a proactive problem-solver with strong technical and analytical skills. You thrive in cross-functional environments and are committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
- 5+ years’ experience in SAP EWM, with exposure to S/4HANA, SD, and MM modules.
- Strong configuration skills and deep business knowledge of warehousing operations and EDI mapping.
- Proven ability to work in both support and project environments, collaborating with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
- Skilled in sales and management reporting across Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Resilient and adaptable, able to work autonomously and thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
