**About the role**

We are currently looking for a **Compliance Officer **to join our busy mobilisation & Recruitment team**. **Working with a busy mobilisation team, this role will be responsible for the efficient management of the compliance and general administration for mobilisation to our client mine sites. This is an exciting opportunity if you are highly organised and looking to join a fast paced, motivated and supported team.

**Duties**
- Quick and efficient problem-solving in line with the frequent site changes and inductions processes
- Ensuring all service crews are fully inducted and able to access the site in line with roster requirements
- Formatting documents and data entry
- General administration duties

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in high-volume contractor mine site inductions is desirable
- Proven ability to work with conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Autonomous and self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and various mine site portals
- Organised and works well under pressure

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
