**This is a 12-month contract role based in our Macquarie Park office.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support our valued customers’ enquiries by proving exceptional customer service while identifying their needs and working to solve them promptly
- Maintenance scheduling and day-to-day coordination of Service Technician activities
- Manage installations and service call enquiries
- Ensure contract KPI’s are met in accordance with existing customer agreements
- Inventory management and parts ordering for service jobs
- Create service-on-demand jobs and warranty claims
- Update ServiceMax with job-related information and closure
- Create and issue purchase orders for sub-contractors and suppliers
- Accurate data entry for all customer invoicing and job updates
- Activities relating to invoices and rectification and credit notes

**What we look for**:

- Experience in a medium-high volume and fast paced customer service or admin role
- Ability to pick up the phone and strive to solve issues promptly
- Customer centric, empathetic, patient and understanding demeanour
- Experience using ServiceMax or similar service software platform
- High level of experience in MS Office software including Outlook, Teams and Excel
- Ability to work effectively within a team and or independently
- Security License preferred, or ability to obtain
