Join Our Team as a Service Coordinator

FULL-TIME POSITION AVAILABLE

The Local Electrician is a family-owned business looking to grow the office team and is in need of a friendly and enthusiastic service coordinator to work Tuesday to Saturday.

We require a service coordinator with great customer service skills, high attention to detail and the ability to multitask between dispatching and attending to phone calls.

About Us: We are a leading electrical services provider with a strong focus on maintenance and customer satisfaction. With over 12 years of experience, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality electrical solutions to residential clients.

The Role: As a service coordinator, you will work alongside our experienced office staff to schedule jobs with customers, dispatch jobs to technicians in accordance to time frames and organise return visits for ongoing jobs. You will also be responding to emails and processing payments.

Job Requirements:

  • Answer calls by customers and arrange bookings.
  • Dispatching jobs to technicians.
  • Develop and maintain friendly relations with service technicians and office staff.
  • Ensure all job cards are up to date and completed.
  • Following up payments.
  • Responding to emails.
  • Organising technician's schedules for future days.
  • Other tasks requested by management.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in a service coordinator role.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Experience in the trades industry.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures.
  • Ability to complete tasks within deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and other staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle busy days.
