**About the role**

As the Project Coordinator you will support Service Delivery Analysts to assist in efficiently delivering projects to Service Delivery channels. This includes administrative tasks, document and information distribution, and communication support.

Where required, you may assist in deploying small-scale initiatives or change.

The Service Delivery Project Coordinator will also support the Deployment Manager with weekly report collation and distribution.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Supporting Service Delivery Analysts in administrative tasks, documentation and information distribution
- Supporting a variety of Service Delivery initiatives and change
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc reporting on projects
- Providing general administrative support to the project team such as organising, hosting and minuting meetings
- To be successful in this role you will have:

- Be a strong communicator, with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Be self-motivated with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Be customer focused, consistently delivering great outcomes for your customers
- Consistently deliver outcomes within deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail

**Remuneration**

Service NSW Grade 7/8 salary package starts from $95,136, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
