**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
As a Service Coordinator, you will report to the Service Coordination Team Leader and be part of a close-knit team. You will have the opportunity to work with clients of different sizes based across Australia and to take ownership of service work requests till completion.

You will be responsible for:

- Liaising with our internal technicians, customers and external contractors to schedule the installation and removal of our solutions
- Coordinating and managing small to large installation rollouts
- Daily management of installation and service records for billing purposes
- Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless delivery
- Promoting and driving a passionate customer-obsessed culture by ensuring a strong focus on delivery

What will help you succeed in this role:

- Previous experience in a call centre or customer support role, managing a large volume of tickets and meeting SLA’s
- The drive to offer outstanding customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with a diverse array of people
- Problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Ability and desire to work unsupervised
- Organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.) SAP and any ticketing systems. Freshdesk is a plus

What would be highly desirable:

- Previous Service Coordination experience
