Erect Safe Access is a trusted provider of access equipment, offering a wide range of scissor lifts, knuckle booms, straight booms, man lifts, and telehandlers for both hire and sale. We pride ourselves on delivering fast, reliable service and expert support to our valued clients.

We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Field Service Coordinator to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily schedules and activities of our road-based service technicians across Sydney, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and customer expectations are exceeded.


About the Role

This is a fast-paced coordination and support role where you will:

  • Schedule and dispatch road service technicians to customer sites across Sydney
  • Monitor job progress and follow up on outstanding work
  • Communicate with customers regarding job status, ETAs, and service outcomes
  • Order and allocate parts for field jobs
  • Create and manage job bookings, service records, and technician timesheets
  • Liaise with subcontractors where required
  • Ensure timely invoicing for completed service jobs, including customer damage
  • Support technicians with remote troubleshooting and part requirements
  • Coordinate site inductions and assist with compliance documentation

What we are looking for

  • Experience in a service coordination, dispatcher, or field operations role
  • Mechanical or technical knowledge (access equipment experience preferred)
  • Excellent time management and scheduling skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • High attention to detail and confidence with job management software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Experience with AroFlo software (highly desirable)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work calmly under pressure
